Job Responsibilities
Compensation:
1. 1.8L to 2.0L ; Retention Bonus for Deserving candidates;
(In Hand up to 17,000 subject to Deductions.)
2. Graduate in any discipline (No percentage criteria, 15 years of
formal education mandatory, Eligibility 2013/2014 Batch students )

Candidate Profile:
Skills:
1. Graduate in any discipline
2. Must have excellent communication skills with A good hold over
the English Language (Fluency, Vocabulary, Pronunciation, Comprehension
& thought process)
3. Neutral Accent
4. Must be willing to work in Rotational Shifts
5. Cab facility will be provided between 7 pm to 7 am.
6. Awareness of basic Computer skills (Good to have knowledge of Networking,
Server & Operating system concepts)
Job Role &
Responsibility:
1. Work will involve providing Voice & E-Mail
support to IBM Internal End Users and External Commercial Account
End Users worldwide
2. Technical Support Engineer - International - Voice/Semi Voice
3. Resolving Technical Queries over phone/mails
4. Dealing with Clients across the globe
Any Additional Information:
Candidate will be permanent employee of Artech Infosystems and would
be working at client location
No Bond
Cab services provided for shifts between 7pm to 7am only
