Job Description:
1. Candidate must have min 6 months exp in
sourcing for BPO voice process.(FRESHERS NEED NOT APPLY)
2. Candidates should be able to source profiles from portals and social
media sites.
3. Contacting candidates, following-up with candidates, and managing
candidate pipeline.
4. Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before
and after interviews.
5. Maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates
within our internal database.
6. Assisting in generating leads from conversations with candidates.
7. Presenting candidates to our management team applying high quality
standards.
8. Posting job descriptions on job boards, and tracking posting status
and results.
Walkin:
Walkin Interview from 5th May to 6th May from 11 AM
Note: If
interested please walk in to Mphasis on Monday 5th May or Tuesday
6th May 2014 between 11am to 4pm.
