JOB SUMMARY:
Company Profile :
Learn to develop test software with Agilent
Technologies Visual Engineering Environment (Agilent VEE Pro). Understand
the fundamentals of Agilent VEE Pro software. Develop and debug VEE
Pro programs. Gain hands-on experience building programs that collect,
analyze, and display data from instruments. Build an easy-to-use operator
interface.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Supply Chain Administrator (entire process
of Purchase requisition to PO creation, negotiation with local vendors
(whenever required), CBR#, Vendor addition, SoW / quote, PO# tracking,
PO upliftment, etc.)
2. Invoice Tracking & Reconciliation - keep track of all the invoices
& payment. Work with Financial Analyst for Accruals and Actual
spending.
3. NAW Mgmt - Handling the NAW on-boarding / off-boarding, POINTS
requests (NT login, email, RSA, eRoom, WebEx, phone, PC ordering,
PC tracking. coordination with SupportNow team on the behalf of NAWs
+ India IT Team, etc.)
4. Business Asset Coordinator - Handling BAC (Business Asset Coordinator)
role as well for IT India team. Run the systematic process of operating,
maintaining, upgrading and disposing of assets cost effectively.
5. Staffing - Handling a role of Staffing coordinator as well. Initial
screening of the resumes, scheduling interviews, arrange the logistics
for the interview, work with HR for their offer letters, help them
to arrange the logistics for Relocation, etc. Arrange the required
(PC, phone, seat, HR trainings, etc.) for them.
6. Travel Logistics Coordinator For Visitors: Enacting as a Travel
Logistics Coordinator to all the Visitors, i.e., take care of their
visa/ invitation letters, hotel booking, cab booking, cell phone,
meeting room arrangements and also handle their meeting Calendars
for the Senior Leadership.
7. IT Admin - Provide day to day general Admin support to the entire
IT India Centre, i.e. Travel, visa documents, seating arrangements,
local site or PC issue, Meeting set up, Stationery, Meeting room arrangements,
fleet, Purchase (iproc), HR related, etc.
Candidate Profile:
1. Graduate from recognized University
2. Good communication skills; should be able to communicate across
teams.
3. Very good interpersonal & negotiation skills
4. Understanding employee requirements and job prioritization.
5. Past experience in similar domain
6. Should have flair for vendor and asset management.
7. Knowledge of POs and BPOs would be added advantage.
8. Should be able to manage contents in PPT & Excel.
