JobDescription:
1. The Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM)
Consultant is responsible for the successful delivery of full-lifecycle
Fusion HCM projects. Candidate will have hands-on Configuration and
implementation experience in the following Oracle Fusion HCM modules:
Required Fusion
HCM Skills:
Global Human Resources (base setups to support Fusion HCM modules/SSHR
implementation) ,Fusion Performance/Goals, Talent Review/Succession
Management, Workforce Life Cycle Management, Oracle E-Business core
HR/performance/goals foundational skills in 11.5.10 and R12x (multiple
projects are required), Fusion Workflow/alerts, Oracle Transactional
BI for HCM/Analytics Desired
Fusion HCM Skills in one or more areas: Fusion
Compensation Management, Benefits & Payroll Recruitment/Onboarding
(Taleo or iRecruitment) Learning Management (iLearning or other LMS
solutions)
In addition,
the following skills are desired:
3-7 yrs of relevant consulting/industry experience in Oracle E-Business
HCM modules - HCM process, requirements and CRP/workshop facilitation
and support - Ability to lead full-lifecycle Fusion HCM (global HR/SSHR/performance/goals
projects) - Strong technical skills in the design, testing and deployment
of RICE objects. - Background in PL/SQL and Fusion Middleware is required
(data loaders, FBL, ODI, ADF) - Strong oral and written communication
skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint) -
Oracle HCM product experience in Oracle E-Business and Fusion HCM
applications - Background in Fusion HCM SaaS, or On-Demand platform
is preferred .This role assists clients in the selection, implementation
planning, fit/gap analysis, conference room pilots, configuration,
testing, training, rollout and post-implementation support of Oracle
Fusion HCM cloud/SaaS solutions. He/she will provide functional knowledge
& manage client relationships within context of individual role.
Required:
1. At least 1 year experience in Oracle Fusion HCM configuration for
global HR/performance/Goals/Talent Review - at least 1 full life cycle
project delivery experience (hands-on)
2. At least 2 years experience in Oracle E-Business HCM experience
and 2 full-lifecycle HCM implementations with 11.5.10 and R12x..
3. At least 3 years experience in Oracle HCM (EBS/Fusion) RICE Development,
including workflow and alerts; PL/SQL and Fusion Middleware Object
Design, Development & Testing
4. At least 1 year experience in Oracle Transactional BI for HCM
5. At least 1 year experience in Oracle Fusion Workflow/Alerts
6. At least 1 year experience in Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion SaaS or On-demand
7. At least 1 year experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Security Roles
