in Product Life cycle Management (PLM) solutions and we are
the 2nd largest R&D lab for Dassault Systems. 3DPLM provides

to basically work on product development, industrialization,
maintenance, documentation, and market support for cutting-edge
and innovative products like CATIA, ENOVIA VPLM, ENOVIA SmarTeam,
ENOVIA MatrixOne, DELMIA, SIMULIA, and SolidWorks.
Job Description:
1. Assist customers to troubleshoot
and resolve issues involving Dassault Systemes suite of PLM
Products.
2. Reproduce customer issue in-house, this will require recreating
the customer environment in-house.
3. Determine source of customer problem (product based, installation
and administration issue) and suggest bypass methodologies
if available.
4. Submit and track issue with Development Team
5. Validate Solutions provided by development team
6. Coordinate communications between yourself, development
team, and the customer
7. Organize calls with customer to converge upon a resolutions
8. Coordinate efforts with R&D and other DS teams to meet
customer's targets
9. Manage defect communications between Dassault Systemes
Support & the customer
10. Must be able to help customers and Development Team analyze
and diagnose complex system problems via telephone or e-mail
and make sound judgments based on deciding priorities.
11. Manage multiple issues simultaneously in a provided timeline
Preferred
Skills:
1. Knowledge/Experience with any CAD package.
2. Knowledge/Experience with ENOVIA or other PLM products
is an added advantage
3. Basic Knowledge/Experience of Databases and OS is added
advantage
Candidate Profile:
Skill
Required:
1. BE/B.Tech, M.Tech (B.E. /B.Tech.(Mech/Prod/Auto)
2. First class 60% through out (10th, 12th, Degree)
3. 0-3 Years of experience in any CAD product
Educational
Qualification:
1. BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/ME/MCA
2. At least 6 months experience in CAD domain. PLM knowledge
added advantage.
