Job Responsibilities:
1. Work with Development, Test and Product
Management to design and implement test and validation strategies
2. Work on requirements gathering, specification reviews and
design to promote quality in the early stages of projects.
3. Write, execute and debug automated test cases, troubleshoot
and debug complex transaction systems
4. Have a strong eye for the operational aspects such as performance
tuning, monitoring, fault-tolerance
5. Maintain a high quality bar in a complex and constantly evolving
environment
Candidate Profile:
1. 1-3+ years of experience developing
and testing software.
2. Strong design, coding (C# and/or Java), testing and debugging
skills.
3. Experience with one or more web automation frameworks (e.g.
Selenium, Watin, Cucumber).
4. Experience with web services and SOA
5. Experience with JavaScript, CSS, HTML, etc is a plus.
6. Experience with one or more NoSQL technologies is a plus
7. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative and fast-paced
environment
8. Strong interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving
and analytical skills
9. Strong written and verbal communication skills
10. BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
is preferred
