Job Description:
1. ASP production Support for the
FICO Adeptra product platforms and applications operating
globally 24/7.
2. Level 1 Operational Monitoring Engineers have a key role
in supporting the monitoring, control, stability and reliability
of Adeptra's production systems.
3. The primary responsibility will be to provide production
system monitoring and support and to handle, manage and escalate
customer issues.
4. Working Conditions: Shift worker working 5 shifts per week
Candidate Profile:
1. BE/B.COM and Linux certification
will be added advantage.
2. Fresh Graduates and or up-to 3 years work experience.
3. Experience directly working systems monitoring (Event management)
processes in a production environment
4. Experience directly working incident management processes
in production environment
5. Experience working within change management processes in
production environment
6. Experience of operational support shift work in live production
environment
7. Excellent team-player
8. Excellent communication skills with proven customer contact
experience
9. Proactive, problem-solving mentality
10. Excellent writing skills for providing clear, concise
and relevant updates
11. Linux/Unix systems administration skills, preferably RedHat
Linux
12. Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, security, access control
13. Good general knowledge of IT network infrastructure and
IT communication protocols
14. Knowledge of ITIL best practices
15. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
