1. Assistant Sales Manager
2. Experience in handling call centre operations.
3. Sound knowledge and understanding on Insurance Products.
4. Understanding of Tele-Binding regulations.
5. Understanding of channel partners day to day operational activities.
6. Work closely with operations managers in providing excellent customer service.
7. Team Management and Review.
