JobDescription:

1. To keep pace with the market demand and constantly expanding portfolio as well as being the link between the customer and the organization.
2. Must be tuned in with the technical problems of the customers, report these and look for solutions.


Responsibility:

Sales:

1. Meet the client / Consultant / contractor.
2. Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale.
3. Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers
4. Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
5. Negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales
6. Gather market and customer information
7. Understand the products and provide technical support to the Sales team during design phase of projects
8. Coordinate with other departments (Installation, projects, finance, safety etc) to prepare all necessary information for submitting with the quotation / tender (Including arranging bonds, special approvals, etc.)


Service Sales:

1. Identify the key markets and customers and evaluates the potential for services sales.
2. Accordingly, propose tactics to generate and develop service sales.
3. Develop strong relationship with clients.
4. Responsible in getting new maintenance contracts and secure existing contracts.
5. Review and document soon- to -be expired contracts for renewal process.
6. Prepare quotations according to customer’s inquiry for maintenance, parts and repairs
7. Manage assigned sales territory and successfully meets or exceed the target budget.
8. Monitor financial status of his/assigned territory.


Qualification:

1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering (preferably Electronics /electrical engineer) OR MBA in Marketing.
2. Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, design or installation
