Job Description:
1. Manage Day to Day HR related issues
of given Process as SPOC.
2. Attrition Control.
3. Track and Convert NCNS cases.
4. Handle exit interviews.
Candidate Profile:
1. Age between 21 – 27 years.
2. Experience ranging from 0 – 1 years.
3. Pleasing personality with excellent written and verbal communication
skills.
4. Good hands on experience of working on MS Excel / Software.
5. Ability to handle timelines effectively.
6. Good Convincing and Retention Skills.
7. People Management Skills.
