Job Responsibilities:

1. Contact corporate, advocates etc through phone
2. Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers for a meeting or demonstration of the product
3. Describe products and services
4. Respond to questions
5. Obtain customer information
6. Obtain possible customer leads
7. Data entry and maintenance of customer/potential customer data bases
8. Follow up on initial contacts
9. Maintain records of telephonic interactions, orders closed and accounts database
10. Prior work experience in legal industry, may be with a law Book publisher or competitors or worked for a law firm marketing profile, that will add value and easily learn about our products and segments.


Required Skills:

1. Basic Computer knowledge
2. Good verbal and written communication skills (FLUENCY OVER SPOKEN ENGLISH & HINDI)
3. Ability to comprehend, capture as well as interpret basic customer information
4. Ability to manage difficult customer situations, to respond promptly to the needs of the customer
5. Team Player
6. A sound knowledge of telephone etiquette
7. Knowledge of Sales & customer service principles and practices
