Job Description:
1. 6 months Talent Search and HR Analyst expereince
in BPO/KPO added advantage.
2. Online Talent/Skills Research across geographies.
3. Researching data from various primary and secondary resources
4. Use Internet to gather data and enter into client systems
5. Analyzing the researched data
6. Gathering facts from multiple sources and assimilating into concise
format
7. Entering information and files into specified files or forms from
the recorded material
8.To check and verify duplicates already existing in the system
9. Maintain, update and customize updated data reports
10. Responsible to complete the work in the specified SLA.
11. Responsible to give the daily status of work or entries done throughout
the working hours.
12. Responsible to fill various kinds of forms/reports in the MIS
Candidate Profile:
1. Experience in talent research & analysis,
specially secondary research
2. Ability to investigate and build upon the pipeline database
3. Good communication skills
4. Good typing skills and working knowledge of word/excel
