Job Description:
Skills Required :
1. Must have expert knowledge on OOPS concepts,
Design Patterns and OOD
2. Proficient in Java/J2EE, Web services, XML, SQL
3. Expertise in versioning tools SVN
4. Expertise in build and release management tools Hudson/Jenkins,
Apache Ant and Maven
5. Good knowledge on SOA
6. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
7. Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting, debugging and analytical
skills
8. Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment
9. Ability to scale quickly on new technologies
10. Must be a strong team player, detail oriented, self-motivated
and perform well under pressure
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Designing, hands-on development and providing
technical solutions based on the system requirements
2. Technical ownership of the projects and deliver them without any
handholding
3. Technical mentoring of the junior members of the team
4. Prepare the design artifacts and perform peer-review
5. Hands-on coding and perform peer-review
6. Ensure appropriate design and coding standards are adhered to
7. Build and release management
8. Report status to the offshore/onsite manager
