Job Description:
1. Handling
US customers and troubleshooting their technical queries
2. Completely involved in troubleshooting technical problems
3. Must meet or exceed individual performance goals and metrics focused
on providing superior Business support
Candiadate Profile:
1. B.E/ B.Tech /Degree / Diploma with basic domain
knowledge in Networking concepts
2. Prior Experience from an International Technical
Support (VOICE) is highly preferred
3. Must have outstanding WRITTEN AND VERBAL ENGLISH COMMUNICATION
SKILLS
