Responsibilities:
1. Providing technical support to Fortinet
customers
2. Collection, analysis and change recommendations of configuration
3. Collection and analysis of customer network information as well
as of packet tracing
4. Recommending corrective actions based on gathered data and its
analysis
5. Running real-time phone or remote access sessions with customers
Candidate Profile:
1. Experience working as engineer in telecommunication,
networking or security industry or equivalent education (Graduates
may apply)
2. Good knowledge of OSI model and TCP/IP protocol
3. Administrative knowledge of Windows, Unix or Linux
4. Proficient spoken and written English
5. Positive, communicative and customer oriented attitude
6. Bachelors/Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer
Science or equivalent experience
Desired:
1. Having any of industry certificates (FCNSA,
CCNA)
2. Basic experience with security devices (Firewalls, IPSs, Mail Security
Gateways etc.)
3. Knowledge of dynamic routing protocols and its implementation (OSPF,
BGP)
4. Knowledge of authentication protocols and methods (LDAP, SSO, 2-factor
authentication etc.)
5. Knowledge of database maintenance and SQL
