Requirements:
1. Post Graduate in Commerce / Finance from premiere B’Schools.
2. Good understanding of management concepts and tools.
3. Ability to link management concepts to day to day work.
Skills Required:
1. Good project management skills.
2. Good at MIS, MS applications (Excel, Word & Power Point) and usage of statistical tools.
3. Drive to learn new things and deliver in a challenging environment.
4. Knowledge of Capital Markets, Fixed Income Instruments would be an added advantage.
5. Exposed to decision making, process improvement tools and techniques.
6. Flexibility to work in shifts.
7. Excellent communication skills - both Written and Oral
