After realizing how beneficial our services and products were to our internal organization, we turned our focus to helping existing ECS Financial Services clients fill their technology voids with our custom solutions. Over the next few years we branched out into other industries, and had created multiple custom software applications and our own eCommerce sites.
Job Description:
1. We have an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.
2. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, MS Office Suite proficiency, a polished and professional appearance, and the ability to multi task.
3. If you are a quick learner, can work independently with little supervision as well as in a team setting, and enjoy administrative work as a long-term profession you might be a fit for our office!
Job Requirements:
1. Basic knowledge of personal computer software concepts
2. Intermediate proficiency with MS WORD
3. Planning and organizational skills
4. Strong English skill
5. Ability to work independently
