Job Description:
Provide Voice based troubleshooting support
to customers over remote software and resolve Technical queries based
on customer’s query.
1. Deliver Technical Support to Microsoft customers over remote troubleshooting
and chat support.
2. This can be related to any computer/peripherals/networking related
issues.
3. They will also be responsible for handling customers’ post
registration technical queries, providing post-sale customer service.
4. Help in achieving SLA’s specially AHT and FCR
5. Communicate Quality standards and maintain customer satisfaction
Index.
6. Mentor and train the agents on latest issues
7. Should come up with new troubleshooting techniques
Skills Required:
1. Basic understanding of the Windows Operating
System & Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote,
BCM, Publisher(std), Vista Mail, Outlook Express), JAVA or .net,
2. Advanced customer service skills
3. Clear written communication and typing skills
4. Demonstrated advanced problem solving skills
5. Preferred previous consultative selling experience
