Job Description :
1. Support Development
and Production by learning the operation and maintenance of the Oracle
Database.
2. Monitor database performance and ensure database consistency.
3. Tune and reorganize databases. Enforce standards.
4. Develop scripts and stored procedures to automate database activities.
5. Support users and development/production operations.
Job Requirements:
Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in
understanding and applying company policies and procedures. BS degree
or equivalent in Computer Science or related technical field.
Condidate Profile:
1. BE/B.Tech with 1-2 years of DBA or Apps
DBA experience
2. Strong technical skills on UNIX platforms, PL/SQL
3. Experience in installation/implementation/upgrading/patching Oracle
Applications using AutoInstall/AutoPatch preferred
4. Excellent team player,strong organizational skills
5. Excellent problem solving skills, communication skills
6. Willing to work evening/weekend/night shifts
