Job Description:
1. The main demands of the role will involve the following activities:
2. Regular Data cleansing activities
3. Communicate findings & analysis in written & oral form to appropriate stakeholders
4. Strive to continuously improve service delivery according to set guidelines & principles
5. Ad-hoc reporting in accordance with priority
6. Should possess multitasking ability
7. All database management & "reporting" related tasks
Candidate Profile:
1. Candidates should possess Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 0-1 years of work experience.
2. Experience in MIS department will be preferred.
3. Able to develop reporting & conduct analysis on data available.
4. Strong MS Excel &/or MS Access knowledge required.
5. Must have strong commitment to quality, detail orientation, customer service & drive for results to ensure maximum system utilization & data integrity.
6. Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving & developing, organizational & analytical skills required.
