Job Requirements:
1. Develop thorough
understanding of the process.
2. Lead the query resolution of the team on the process give inputs
for Quality improvement ideas.
3. Conduct trainings for new joiners on the team.
4. Support Team/Process initiatives & help improve team engagement.
5. Review technical/process changes in a timely manner, resolving
concerns in liaison with appropriate authorities and ensure team understanding
on the same.
6. Undertake Testing based on requirements.
7. Responsibility to highlight process/performance/SLA issues to Management
8. Deliver assigned tasks delegated by Line and Reviewing managers.
9. Up to 5 years of work experience.
10. Able to demonstrate examples from previous roles in the areas
listed above.
Condidate Profile:
1. Work involves some problem solving with
assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies
and procedures.
2. Strong analytical, prioritization and communication skills in partnering
with other internal groups and management.
3. Familiarity with Excel spreadsheets is essential.
4. Typically graduate or equivalent with 0 - 2 year experience.
5. BA/BS degree in Accounting or equivalent.
6. Some positions need you to be bilingual in English and Spanish
or Portuguese.
