Job Requirements:
1. Creating & maintaining
databases for quality programs
2. Weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting and Analysis
3. Preparing presentations
4. Monitor calls and sharing feedback in the predefined manner
5. Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence,
and quality standards
Requirements:
1. Must have 0.5 yrs- 1.5 yrs experience in
a calling profile
2. Must be a graduate (BE/ B.TECH do not apply)
3. Proficiency in MS PowerPoint & Word
4. Strong attention for detail
5. Excellent communication skills: comfortable and effective interacting
internally with business partners at all levels
6. Strong analytical skills
7. Comfortable with US shift timings
8. Ability to multi-task, this includes ability to understand multiple
products and multiple levels of benefits within each product
9. Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks
may be repetitive
