Job Description:
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
1. Candidates should possess B.Tech./MCA (Minimum 16 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant).
2. Candidates should have1-2 years of experience on Core Facets. No preference on overall IT exp.
3. Should have executed the complete SDLC on at least one project using database development.
4. Effective communications with all levels of internal and external customers and staff.
5. Must have excellent understanding of both the Front end and backend of the Facets system.
6. Candidates should have complete command on the configurations, extensions and Facets Data Model.
7. Candidates must have excellent command of the various RDBMS tunings- Oracle and Sybase.
8. Must be comfortable working with the Facets batches and schedules in production support environment and in shifts.
9. Must be well versed with the US Healthcare reforms and policies.
10. Must have excellent documentation skills.
11. Shall be able to easily relate between technical and nontechnical teams.
