The typical eClerx program would be 15-20 head count in size, spanning multiple functions and skill levels, and would be a multi-year client partnership. Our facilities are based in Fort, Sewri, Ghatkopar, Airoli and Pune.

Job Description:

1. Coordination and delivery of operations training workshops covering topics on operations (primarily OTC derivatives)
2. The role will call upon the trainer to interface with middle and senior managers to understand individual team-level requirements, and then create customized process/product training solutions to plug gaps.
3. Adherence to the internal Quality and the Knowledge standards
4. Conducting Research on Financial Products
5. Preparing, coordinating and delivering Advanced Financial Training Modules
6. Handle End to End Process Documentation
7. Sending regular reports/MIS to the Operations team on the progress/pending status of activities
8. Design Computer Based Training Modules
9. Supporting SMEs in documentation and helping in preparing collaterals
10. Conduct Train the Trainer sessions on course content and facilitation approaches as well as mentor training staff
11. Handling related/adhoc tasks as assigned


Candidate Profile:

1. Any Graduate/post graduate with 0-2 years exp.
2. MBA Freshers can apply.
3. Good knowledge of derivatives & capital markets is a must.
4. Good analytical and logical skills.
5. Basic knowledge on MS Excel.
6. CTC:- As per industry standards.
7. Age:-Below 30 years.
