many flavors of Windows and UNIX operating systems as well as Mac
OS X
Candidate Profile:
1. Completion of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
in Computer Science or equivalent
2. C/C++ Programming minimum
3. Primarily Windows Understanding but UNIX environments a plus
4. Solid networking concepts
5. Good troubleshooting skills
6. Interest and even coursework in Quality Assurance is a major plus
here: Creating test plans, designs and executing of tests
7. Applicable experience using automation and scripting languages
like Python or Perl
8. Good communication skills and ability to work across teams and
orgs
9. Course work or experience in Security is a definite plus
10. Miscellaneous areas of understanding: Database, Installer environments,
UI
