Candidate Profile:
1. Commerce background: BCOM, MCOM is a MUST.
2. Good knowledge of Tax practices.
3. Should be flexible for night shifts
Technical Skills:
1. Strong desktop trouble shooting skills. Knowledge of OS Applications, third party products.
2. Excellent communication skills no MTI
3. Hours of operations US hours
4. This is a phone based support.
Role:
1. Receive calls from the end user of a product [Its a third party product like Oracle, or Siebel CRM or a taxation product enterprise product]
2. Understand the issue
