Job Description:
1. Handling Walk-in Customer at the desk or
in reception as well for Service with
pleasing manner.
2. Customer Log in & file entries
with the data of Customer.
3. Getting iOS & Mac Devices for
diagnosis from Customer if required.
4. Status follow-up & Calls to the
Customer.
5. Receiving Courier from Apple &
packing courier and sending back to the
Apple in proper time.
6. Giving response to the Head on time.
7. Apple Product:iMac,iPad,iPod,iPad,iPhone
& Apple Accessories
