Job Description:
Responsibilities:
1. Assist customers to troubleshoot
by providing a consultative approach to problem solving.
2. Respond to called-in inquiries from clients regarding their products
and related services
3. Maintain high level adherence and compliance towards policies,
process and procedures.
4. Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Candidate Profile:
1. Quality focus, result &
goal orientation in a group situation, and commitment to customer
delight are a must
2. Willing to work in night shifts
3. Willing to provide 24/7 support
Technical Skills:
1. Basic networking concepts
will be added advantage
2. Should possess basic understanding of Operating Systems

1. Ability to express precisely

2. Excellent Verbal & Written English Communication skill
3. Excellent Listening & Probing skills
