Job Description:
1. Provide technical support
for the Client suite working closely with customer system administrators
and application engineers.
2. Build and maintain system environments to reproduce customer issues
with the Client Software. This includes installing and configuring
various operating systems, virtual machine, and database configurations
using technologies like BO Admin, Webi Reporting Tool, Oracle, SQL
Server, etc.
3. Work closely with the Client's software engineers to communicate
product defects and enhancement requests identified during customer
interactions.
4. Manage a queue of multiple complex issues, effectively communicating
status and managing timely resolution.
Candidate Profile:
1. The candidate should have excellent communication
skills and good knowledge on BOXI and Database concepts.
2. Good understand of Universe and ability to customize is a must.
3. Should have the ability to build query using BO XI and also be
able to troubleshoot existing queries.
Skills:
1. Excellent Communication Skills
2. Good knowledge in BO Admin - Webi Reporting tool, Oracle, SQL Server
3. Understanding and Customizing Universe
4. Query Building/Troubleshooting
5. Excellent Troubleshooting skills
6. Should be willing to work in US, UK time zones (24/7 environment
including night shifts)
