Job Description:
1. Eaton’s India Information
Technology Center (EITC) offers a wide variety of value added IT services
to internal Eaton businesses and functional departments by combining
different perspectives to create better solutions.
2. EITC gives the right opportunities
to expand individual careers in a challenging environment of more
than 2000 Intel servers providing application and infrastructure support;
150+ UNIX servers supporting ERP applications like Oracle and Mfg/Pro;
combined with 35,000 internal and 45,000 external consumers of customer
facing applications.
Candidate Profile:
1. Ability to understand
user access requests and translate into security requirements
2. Strong customer service skills and Help Desk experience
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
4. Ability to work under pressure
5. Knowledge of ticketing tool
6. Analytical, systematic approach to problem recognition and resolution
required
