Job Description:
Skills Required :
1. Oversee all production activities of Reporting
Team
2. Generate HR related Reports based on SQL & Create SSRS templates
3. Own the outcome of Reporting Team
4. Deploy staff for Quality, Efficiency and Effectiveness
5. Develop staff toward increasing skills and capabilities
6. Self-quality review capability, strong attention to detail and
organizational skills
7. Exhibit flexibility
8. Self-motivated and proven ability to manage conflicting deadlines
and demands in a high impact environment
9. Problem-solving skills
10. Willing to work in rotational shift
Technical Skills
1. Candidates must have excellent technical
skills: Must have knowledge on SQL, PL SQL, SSRS, PeopleSoft database
& VBA Macro.
2. Advanced level of proficiency with MS Office, Demonstrated advanced
proficiency with Excel including pivot tables, report creation, and
macros.
3. Should be able to run MIS reports.
4. Should be able to run Adhoc SQL queries.
5. Generating Reports from different online application, Creating/Writing
SQL queries etc.
