Job Description:
1. Manage and execute end to end recruitment
process from resourcing, searching, screening, target hunting, negotiating
and recruiting candidates for varied IT skills.
2. Must have an expert eye for reviewing resumes and making sound recommendations
to the hiring teams.
3. Aggressively work through Portals and Social Networking sites to
identify candidates.
4. Recruiter needed to work on US Time with experience calling and speaking
with US citizens.
5. Familiar with US Tax terminology (W2, 1099, C2C).
6. Recruiting top talent for our Direct Clients.
Candidate Profile:
1. Strategic & Analytical
Mind.
2. Willing to work in night shifts
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Any Graduate with Good Programming
Knowledge
2. Knowledge of computers, MS Word and MS Excel
3. Good Communication & Presentation Skills.
