Job Description:
1. Good Communication Skills is must
2. Should be open to work in 24*7shifts environments
3. Minimum 1yr experience in desktop support with good experience
on lotusnote
4. Should perform user account creation, deletion, and configuration.
5. Basic troubleshooting experience needed along with knowledge on
the Operating System.
6. Configuring and Trouble shooting of LOTUS NOTES -To solve the technical
problems remotely.
7. Knowledge of Software Installation.
8. Troubleshooting the Hardware and Software problems.
