Job Description:
1. Performs simple customer service transactions/request.
2. Updates systems and responds to inquiries. Follows up on service
requests with customers, agents, brokers.
3. Learning the basic elements of the job, including policies and
procedures.
4. Tasks may include basic data entry for claims, billing, and underwriting.
5. May support office procedure: simple document processing, completion
of standard forms/letters for mailing to client.
Candidate Profile:
1. Candidate should possess any degree from
a recognised university.
2. Strong Academic Background
3. Comfortable working with numbers – strong quantitative skills
4. Problem solving and analytical capabilities
5. Good verbal & written communication skills
6. Familiarity with MS Office, especially EXCEL
