the Global Services Arm for Tesco. The centre sits at the heart of
the Tesco group, and provides IT and Business services to Tesco operations
across Europe and Asia. Tesco was the first major international retailer

Job Description :
1. Is responsible for action steps that are
clearly defined and laid out; Handles repetitive routine activities,
that are standardised, with little or no scope for digression
2. Performs operational tasks of a repetitive nature, for which output
is specified in advance
3. Is measured on adherence to timelines, quality, cost/ savings targets
4. Uses guidelines or routines to solve regular problems
5. Has a basic understanding of the 1 - 2 core technologies used by
the program
6. Follows instructions with minimal deviations from the specified
standards
7. Undertakes internal collaboration with colleagues at the same level
and acting as channel of information Leadership Skills
8. Ability to collaborate and work across the teams to achieve shared
success
9. Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues while focusing
on customer delight
10. Displaying agility in thoughts & handling priorities
