Candidate Profile:
1. Prime responsibility
is to handle incidents/problems (system or database or infra stucture
or network) of medium complexity based on KEDB/SOP ensuring that SLA's
are met and there are no customer complaints.
2. The individual can handle issues with lot more independance and
can suggest and implement services improvements plans.
3. Incumbent indentifies and highlights scope of automation to lead
or Managers.
