JOB SUMMARY:

Job Responsibilities:
1. Understand the customer requirements
and product definition with R/D team
2. Design and implement the test cases
3. Execute manual and semi-automated tests
4. Ensure the product quality in the whole product lifecycle
5. Work with R/D team to continuously improve the software development
process and testing tools
Candidate Profile:
1. 0 to 2 year’s Expertise / Work
Experience in software.
2. Testing and Quality
3. Knowledge of test processes
4. Knowledge of Defect management and other test tools
5. Knowledge of Test Design / Test Coverage techniques
6. Software Development – General
7. Knowledge of version control applications like MS Team Foundation
or alike
8. Knowledge of Programming Languages (C/C++/C#)
9. Knowledge of scripting languages (MS Powershell, Perl etc)
10. General Computing Awareness: Basic knowledge of Computer
hardware, networking concepts, and windows administrative tasks
11. Demonstrated strong Communication skills, initiative, ownership,
and teamwork skills
12. Demonstrated problem solving skills
13. Demonstrated Judgment and Decision Making skills
14. Planning: Good time management skills
15. B.E./B.Tech. Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Information
Systems from reputed Engineering Institutes
Desirable Profile:
1. Test & Measurement domain knowledge:
Basic electronics principles, Family of instruments, Set up
basic measurements using front Panel, Make basic measurements
2. Awareness of testing in rapid development environment using
Agile Methods
3. Awareness of processes like SEI CMM, CMMI, 6-Sigma, Lean
thinking etc.
4. Demonstrated working ability with world-wide groups and across
teams of engineers to achieve objectives.
