Job Responsibilities:
1. Must be a self starter and drive
key processes, while working well in a team environment as
a key contributor
2. Work with the risk and technology partners independently
and understand the project requirements
3. Drive projects with minimal guidance in allocated time
4. Strong communication skills to effectively engage risk/tech
teams, provide updates to leadership
5. Manage own work flow for assigned functions and become
a subject matter expert in the areas supported.
6. Accountable for technical/process documentation as required
and in support of the project management methodology.
7. Technical proficiency will be required to work to understand
project requirements and to provide analysis and solutions.
Candidate Profile:
1. Strong analytical and problem solving
skills and a tremendous will to win.
2. Excellent Interpersonal skills,
Multitasking, and Thought-leadership skills with the ability
to influence cross-functional teams.
3. 1-5 Years Of Systems / Programming & Project Management
Experience
4. Exposure to any Programming Knowledge (e.g. SAS, SQL, C++
, Dot NET etc.) And Willingness to learn New Tools & Programming
Languages.
5. Familiarity With Campaign Management Tools like Unica,
BPM (Business Process Management) tools like Aprimo, Oracle
Siebel, SAS Customer Intelligence, Micro Strategy, Cognos
will be a plus
6. Excellent Communication, Collaboration, and Change Management
skills
7. Good Understanding of payments industry & systems will
be a plus
8. An advanced degree in IT or Business would be preferred.
