Job Description:

1. Interact with the client representatives and provide solutions incorporating industry best practices

2. Ensure all required SLA’s are being met

3. Proactively identify risks and suggest ways to mitigate them

4. Provide data analysis to the existing data and bring in business intelligence to the data stored

5. Should consistently improve first time resolution

6. Should consistently reduce referral / escalation to level 2

7. Should have strong service orientation

8. Responsible for tracking process related errors and issues.

Compliances:

1. Adherence to company policies, rules and regulations

2. Ensuring the TAT and SLA’s are met.

Qualifications:

Any Graduate with 0-2 years of relevant Technical Trouble shooting experience/Calling experience

Mandatory Skill Sets:

Knowledge of Windows, MS Office

Work Experience:

Should have experience in handling technical trouble shooting

Soft skills required:

1. Excellent Written and Oral Communication skills

2. Good client interfacing skills

3. Energetic and self driven individual

4. Self motivated and team worker
