and formally the Chevrolet Division of General Motors LLC, is
an American automobile division of the American manufacturer
General Motors (GM). Louis Chevrolet and ousted General Motors
founder William C. Durant started the company on November 3,
1911 as the Chevrolet Motor Car Company. Durant used the Chevrolet
Motor Car Company to acquire a controlling stake in General
Motors with a reverse merger occurring on May 2, 1918 and propelled
himself back to the GM presidency.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop MPDs as defined by the global
MPD standards
2. Communicate & take lead in resolving engineering issues
resolved
3. Seeking DE & ME approval for the MPDs
4. Maintain/Create MPDs based on the EWOs initiated within the
standard timleines
5. Maintain the E2 inbox as per the MPD timelines
6. Perform issue resolution and provide updated MPD within 2
days for all the customer issues reported
7. Perform Root Cause Analysis for all the customer issues reported
and for the selected internal issues
8. Focus on continuous improvements
Candidate Profile:
1. Vehcile Anatomy, Basic TcAE, VisMOCKUP
2. Communication skills, Interpretation skills, Presentation
Skills, MS Office tools
3. B.E / B.Tech / Diploma (Mechanical / Production / Industrial
/ Automobile)
4. 1 - 2 yrs in Automobile / Mechanical allied Engineering Industry
5. Action Oriented, Customer Focus, Functional / Technical Skills,
Priority Setting, Problem Solving, Creativity
