Job Description:
As a Customer Sales Associate, you will
be dealing directly with our customers and be responsible for
inbound sales and post sale enquiries through email, chat and
phone.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for achieving sales targets
through catalog selling to customers
2. Responsible for handling inbound sales and post sales queries
through email, chat, phone and social media platforms
3. Responsible for end to end sales including cross team coordination
and fulfillment and create positive customer relations
4. Ensures customer requests are handled appropriately, in a
timely manner and resolution of customer questions/complaints
5. Pre-sale analysis of customer inquiries and suggesting appropriate
action to improve the customer experience
Required Skills:
1. Ability to work in a 24/7 dynamic
sales environment
2. Excellent communication skills both oral & written and
interpersonal skills
3. Accuracy, attention to detail and excellent follow up
4. Metrics Driven
5. Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight time frames
6. Ability to accept ownership and responsibility in achieving
targets
7. Excellent closure and follow up skills.
