Job Description:
"Responsible for performing static
data analysis and update application for various Financial Products
with External/Internal counterparts. Understanding clients requirement
for setup on various securities on system, updating various
price quotes and corporate action details on application. Performing
the activities in a timely manner and in accordance with the
agreed service levels. Maintaining high levels of accuracy and
TATs in all the activities conducted. Reading and understanding
procedure documents and strictly adhere to procedures when handling
static data requests. Exceed customer expectations and work
towards building a world class operations environment
Escalate key issues to the relevant people, be able to meet
deadlines and attain agreed standards within the area of responsibility
as outlined in their performance contract, work proactively
with onshore teams. The role holder will assist the team manager
in defining and implementing new processes and will be proactive
in driving efficiencies across the business. The role holder
may be required to assist the manager in carrying out 1:1s and
people development.
Desired Profile :
"Experience in : Financial services, Capital markets, investment
banking, Fund accounting, Trade Entry, Pricing, Reconciliation.
Experience preferred in:--- key Reference data functions like
Security Master, Corporate Action & Pricing will be an added
advantage. Excellent Grasping powers able to understand the
various processes. Team player with excellent verbal and written
communication skill; Open for working in high pressure environment.
Skills Required:
1. Have strong Microsoft Office skills.
2. Strong numerical skills and a positive can do attitude combined
with strong attention to detail and an wareness of current market
issues.
3. Must have a Bachelors degree.
4. Must have a stable career background.
