Job Description:
Candidate Profile:
1. Bachelor in Computer Science, Bachelor
of Commerce, Bachelor of Computer Appl, Bachelor of Engineering,
Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Science Graduate with
Maximum 1 year of experience in an international call center
2. Should have excellent communication and English speaking
skills
3. Knowledge of basic computer operations.
4. Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
5. Dependable with proficient attention to detail.
6. Good listening and responding skills.
7. Should be willing to take up challenges and go extra mile
to perform work responsibilities
8. Should have great interpersonal skills and ability to perform
under pressure.
