Job Description for Full time Position
:CTC : 5.7 Lakhs per annum + Relocation allowance
Trainee Offer : CTC : 3.6 lakhs per annum + Relocation allowance
Duration : 1 year.
On completion of 12 months as a trainee they would become
eligible for conversion to full time based on their performance
as well as business need.
Candidate Profile:
Only Computer Science/ IS / IT students
from the 2014 batch (Only Maharashtra students) would be considered
for both the categories and the eligibility criteria would
be :CGPA / Percentage in B.Tech / B.E or M.Tech / M.E –
Aggregate of 60% and above
60% and above in 10th and 12th
No backlog history
Selection process:
Selection Process would comprise of
the following:-
Technical Interview : 3 to 4 rounds
Managerial Interview : 1 to 2 rounds
HR interview : 1 round
