Job Description:
1. Accuracy in processing in line with
SOPs with no errors.
2. Identify & escalate all error/exceptions on identification.
3. Responds to routine queries/complaints.
4. Be audit focused in all BAU activities.
5. Comply with the firm's policies & SOPs.
6. Navigates systems quickly and accurately.
7. Identify opportunities for process efficiency & implement
in a controlled manner.
8. Exhibit effective communication with key stakeholders.
9. Thorough knowledge of SOPs/related check points.
Candidate
Profile:
1. Commerce graduates with good academic
record.
2. Good PC skills including Microsoft office products (Excel,
Word, Power point, Access).
3. Good oral and written communications skills.
4. Must be able to work under pressure.
5. Able to grasp/learn concepts and procedures quickly.
6. Ability to work independently.
7. Problem solving skills.
8. Good time management skills.
