Job Description:
1. Associate Training Coordinator
2. The role involves providing 24*7 Training Administration
support to top companies in the EMEA, NAM & APAC region.
3. Assist the customers with the Training Administration issue/query
via Phone, E-mail & Chat.
4. Provide the customer with resolutions / Training scheduling
options.
5. Gather additional information about reported issue.
6. Perform detailed case analysis and document the case in the
system and generate ticket.
7. Generate daily / weekly reports for the customer on Microsoft
Excel 5.
8. Perform Training Management activities on the Learning Management
Systems.
9. Provide Administrative support for our clients.
10. Work with Global counterparts to coordinate training material
for the clients.
Candidate Profile:
1. 0 - 2 years of work experience
2. Graduates need to apply (B.A. / B.Com / BBA / BHM /B.Sc,
BCA)
3. PG/ MBA form distance learning can apply.
4. B Tech/ BE /MCA are not eligible
5. Working knowledge of computers
6. Open to work in 24*7 environment any shift with 2 weekly
off.
7. Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills.
