Job Description:

1. Customer Front Line for Trouble Reporting 
2. Trouble Ticket Assignment to different technical teams 
3. Escalation Management 
4. First & Second Troubleshooting for Voice Complaints 
5. First Level Troubleshooting for IP/Transposrt Layer Issues 
6. Remote Hands Support & Coordination of Requests for Colo Services 
7. IP & VoIP Post Implementation Service Modifications 
8. MPLS Basic Troubeshooting and Fault isolation


Requirements:

1. Graduation in Electronics and Telecom/Computer Engg with 1-3 yrs experience in above areas
2. Training on the fundamentals of Voice Switching/VOIP 
3. Ability to use e-mail, internet, Word and other softwares 
4. Fluent in English and a second foreign language is an asset. 
5. Exposure to ISP Operations preferred 
6. Any certification is preferred 
7. MPLS/IP Routing and protocoll

4 Able to work under pressure and shifts 
5 Good Analytical Skills 
6 Very good aptitude for problem solving
7. First Interaction with Tata Communications customer from techincal Perspective & and identification of the techincal problem
