Job Description:
1. Experienced with Maximum 1 year
of experience in an international call center
2. Should have excellent communication and English speaking
skills
3. Knowledge of basic computer operations.
4. Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
5. Dependable with proficient attention to detail.
6. Good listening and responding skills.
7. Should be willing to take up challenges and go extra mile
to perform work
Candidate Profile:
1. Should have great interpersonal
skills and ability to perform under pressure
2. Should have experience in a Technical call center / ISP
Help Desk / Technical Help Desk.
3. Basic computing skills
4. Certifications like MCSE/CCNA /PMI/ITIL are preferred
5. Willing to work in a technical voice process inbound process,
Call taking profile.
6.Willing to work in night shifts
7. Willing to sign 2yrs Service agreement
