Job Description:
1. Single point of contact primarily
for US customer and across the globe
2. Experience in handling Internet related and operating system
issues.
3. Knowledge in troubleshooting VPN/Wi-Fi/LAN will be an added
advantage
4. Experience in Windows XP/Windows 7 & ie8? Responsible
in handling incoming 5. 6. Calls/Emails/Chats/Web? Exposure
to 24 x 7 support.
7. Gather basic facts and follow escalation procedures for
issues.
8. Good problem solving and analytical skills.
9. Good communication skills.
10. Exposure in ITIL Framework
11. 100% adherence in logging of Incidents/Request/Problem
tickets
Candidate Profile:
1. Candidate should possess any degree
from a recognised university.
2. Excellent in communication as would be responsible for
handling calls across the globe
3. Good in Windows domain. Handling end user challenges and
4. . Providing tech. support by helping them to connect from
their homes via VPN
5. Knowledge on UNIX or MAC is an added advantage
