Job Description:
1. Managing diagnostic center networks
in North Zone Candidate is accountable for full range of provider
relations and service interactions within United Healthcare.
2. Empanelment, delisting, supporting Operations teams to ensure
smooth scheduling of appointments Provider visits, profiling
and auditing (including outstation visits)
3. Perform provider audits on facility and quality adhering
to defined internal guidelines
Conduct surprise visits to evaluate service quality Identify,
analyze and resolve provider related issues
4. Analyze network adequacy based on defined access standards,
client requirements, market best practices
5. Perform network analysis to identify potential provider partnerships
6. Conduct recruitment activities with targeted providers Negotiate
rates Maintain data, analyze and publish reports to management
in relation to provider networking in North Zone
Candidate Profile
Candidate should be graduate
Should have worked in health care/TPA industry for a at least
1 year
Willing to travel to different locations to visit hospitals
Should be flexible to work in shifts
Should have good communication skills
Should be self starter and enthusiastic
Note : This position will involve travelling
to outstation locations within North Zone (40% of KRA).
Candidate must be willing to travel on
notice (typically for 7-10 days at a time)
